after the end to end recruitment of the business.
Duties (to include but not limited to);
? Being a strategic advisor to the business to ascertain hiring
requirements.
? Directing sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and
future hiring demands.
? Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to
on-boarding.
? Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques,
interviewing candidates and creating and extending job offers
? Headhunting, resourcing, and attracting candidates to relative
positions.
? Meet and achieve given KPI**Apply on the website**;s on a
consistent basis.
? Coach and guide your candidates from start to finish of the
recruitment process.
? Provide first-class Client Relationship Management.
? Develop successful and lasting business relationships with both
clients and candidates.
? Business Development of new roles from new and existing accounts.
Key Activities:
? Co-ordination of appointments via in-house bookings software
? Screening and interviewing potential candidates in person and over
the phone
? Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with
company and legislative requirements
? Business development
? Building relationships
? Consistent achievement of agreed targets and KPIs
? Candidate and client satisfaction
? Other duties as required
